The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare directs the Directorate General of Health Services to take the test under the national testing agency.

Eligibility Criteria for Neet:

The Eligibility criteria for NEET are Indian national and residential of India,International students also apply for NEET according to specific requirements. The age of students must be 17. Subjects and Exam pattern for Neet:

There are three main subjects for the Neet exam. The first subject is biology. The second The third subjects are physics and chemistry. The students must have 50 % marks in 12. It is an MCQ-based paper. Physics has 45 MCQ, Chemistry has 45 MCQ, and biology has 90 MCQ. There are 180 min for these MCQs. If the answer to MCQs is wrong, it should be a negative marking.

There are a total of 180 MCQs-based questions for Neet exams. The neet full marks is 720. The passing number of neet depends Upon the course category.  However, according to the latest data, the minimum passing number of neet is 370 marks.

Courses for Neet:

There are many courses for Neet like MBBS, dental courses, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BNYS, BSMS, and allied sciences.MBBS is a five-year program for doctors.  It has many fields like cardiology, neurology, gynecology, etc. 

The dental course is a five-year program of teeth treatment. It has many fields like orthodontics, oral surgery, etc.BAMS is a five-year program and depends on herbal medicines. BHMS is a Bachelor’s in homeopathic medicine.

Every program of Neet has its salaries.MBBS is a highly-ranked course in the world. The salary of an MBBS student is 5 to 10 lac every month. The degree of Dentistry is also a well-known degree in the world. The salary of a dentist is 3 to 5 lac every month. 

The salary of Ayurvedic medicine is also  3 to 5 lac per month. Homoeopathic is also the main brand in the medical field. The salary of a homeopathic graduate is 2 to 4 lac every month. The salary of BSc nursing is 2.5 to 4 lac. The salary of DPT is 3 to 5 lac. The salary of B. Pharmacy is 2 to 4 lac.
